ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner based on his representation dated 16.5.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that since E.A.No.584 of 2015 is pending before the concerned trial court, they are not making any disturbances to the petitioner, so also counter party. The petitioner can workout his remedy in the pending proceedings itself. There is no question of harassment here. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would further submit that absolutely there is no complaint against the petitioner and no harassment is made by the respondent police. There is no interference.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands dismissed as unnecessary.
