No.7593 of 2023 on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NAGARAJAN V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MATHIYALAGAN, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent and MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

Expressing dis-satisfaction over the complying of condition by this petitioner, this cancellation application has been moved by this petitioner, stating that instead of obtaining a proper valuation certificate from RDO, who is the competent authority to issue the certificate, the valuation certificate has been obtained from Civil Engineer, who is not the competent authority to issue the same.

2. However the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order of this Court, he was directed to produce title document worth about Rs.1,00,00,000/-. Even the guideline value is only Rs.10,00,000/-, market value according to the respondent is estimated to be more than Rs.1,00,00,000/-.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that the above said property is worth about Rs.1,00,00,000/-.
