O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the encroachment blocking the common pathway in Survey No.390/1A in Samoogarengapuram Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. He has already given a representation in this regard on 21.06.2016. 2.This Court directs the third respondent to cause removal of the encroachment after issuing notice to the encroachers and by following due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
