This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, the second respondent under the influence of the private respondents, harassing the petitioner. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner, after enquiry, the complaint was closed as civil in nature. As on date, no complaint no petition pending against the petitioner.
