(Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J) The learned counsel for the petitioner, who appeared as partyin-person, after generating considerable amount of debate, sought for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to agitate the grievance of the writ petitioner before the appropriate forum. An endorsement was also made on the reverse of the docket of the Court bundle to that effect. Hence, permission is accorded. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. Liberty is preserved to secure the relief from appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
