ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's husband was died and she was lived together with one Jahir Hussain. But, now due to difference of opinion, they are living separately. There are criminal cases foisted on the said Jahir Hussain. Hence, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is the accused person in Crime No.1087 of 2013, which had been registered for the offences under Sections 120(b), 149, 302 and 341 IPC and the same is under investigation.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.1087 of 2013 and find out the truth without harassing the petitioner.
