2. The petitioner seeks for survey of his land situated at Survey Nos.394A/1C2 and 394A/3B measuring an extent of 1 acre, 81.1/4 cents, ares 0.73.5, situated at Sanmugasundharapuram Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.

3. It is seen that the petitioner made a representation on 19.10.2015 before the second respondent seeking for the same relief and the said representation is still pending.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to other interested parties if any. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
