ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 13 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent police.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to previous enmity, there was a wordy quarrel between the first accused and the defacto complainant's sister/Sumathi. The accused persons abused the defacto complainant's family with filthy language, assaulted them with deadly weapons and caused serious injuries. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 13 of 2022 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks one month time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one 2/4

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
