Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2017 as immediately to provide the alternate place for constructing the house to pay compensation for illegal demolishing petitioner's house which was situated in Door No.1/84, Survey No.6/1 which nearest Kondhakai Kanmai Mandapam Main Road or Ramanathapuram Main Road, Iravathanallur, Madurai by the second respondent and third respondent consequently permit petitioner to set the temporary hut until provide alternate place.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 01.03.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and also to pay compensation for illegal demolition of the house of the petitioner, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents. 3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has given a representation on 01.03.2017 and the same has not been considered. Further it is seen from the petition that the petitioner has claimed compensation for the alleged illegal demolition of his house.

4.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the first respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 01.03.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
