3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11019 of 2022 dated 22.06.2022 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
