(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the Galdwel Higher Secondary School at Tuticorin on the basis of his representation. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the education institution is running a hostel without any basic facilities. Even though, it is a ladies hostel, the Headmaster is also permitted to reside in the said hostel.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader, by placing reliance on the communication received from the Chief Educational Officer, Tuticorin, submitted that the hostel has already been sealed, similarly, the Headmaster was transferred by the Management. 4.In view of the subsequent events, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. It is open to the petitioner to approach this Court, in case, further orders are necessary at a later point of time.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
