[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to grant permission for conducting Orchestra cultural event on 16.01.2017 in the village mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

3.It is seen from the records that on 06.01.2017, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents, but the same has not been considered.

4.Considering the aforesaid factual aspect, the following order can be passed.

5.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without cost. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Siruganur Police Station, Trichirapalli District is directed to look into the representation dated 06.01.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of one week.
