ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to issue compute patta and chitta in the name of the petitioner for lands comprised in Survey No.60/3A4 measuring to an extent of 0.33 cents situated at I Bit, Podhumbu Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, as 1/3

per the proceedings of the second respondent in O.Mu.No.32814/2019/G2 dated 31.07.2019 and based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2020 within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.S.Angappan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the land property in Survey No.60/3A4, measuring to an extent of 0.33 cents situated at I Bit, Podhumbu Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, by virtue of the sale deed dated 19.11.1979 executed by one V.S.Kumaran. The fourth respondent also issued Patta Pass Book No.621 in respect of the said land property on the petitioner's name. Inspite of repeated efforts made to carry out his name in the computer data entry in respect of the land property, there was no action forthcoming from the fourth respondent. Further, with reference to the petitioner's representation, the second respondent vide his proceedings in O.Mu.No.32814/2019/G2 dated 31.07.2019 directed the third respondent to take necessary action and issue computer patta in the petitioner's name.

But the said proceedings remains unconsidered till date. Once again, the petitioner made further representation dated 07.10.2020 to the second respondent requesting him to take necessary action. Though the same was received by the second respondent, he did not take any effective steps. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking aforesaid prayer.

Since the petitioner's representation has already been forwarded to the third respondent by the second respondent, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.10.2020 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the persons who are likely to be affected within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
