This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.61 of 2024, pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.69 of 2024.

3.Since the final report has been filed, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.61 of 2024. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds.
