Pleader submitted that the Police have registered a case in Crime No.543 of 2017 on 15.04.2017 under Section 11(1)(d) of Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act, 1960 and Section 9 of Tamil Nadu Animal Preservation Act, 1958 and the investigation is in progress.
3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with further direction to the respondent police to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.543 of 2017 expeditiously in accordance with law and bring it to its logical conclusion.
