Raj to the Concordia High School, Nagercoil and through S. Mauel Raj to the Elementary/ Middle Schools, Koletchel Region and through T. Mr.T.A.Ebenezer, the learned counsel for the Petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to get clarification in C.R.P.(MD) No.2462 of 2016, which has been disposed of by this Court on 15.02.2017. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to get clarification in C.R.P.(MD) No.2462 of 2016. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
