ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that based on a complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent frequently called the petitioner for enquiry and harassed him under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the present complaint has been filed. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner and so far, the second respondent Police has not received any complaint. He further submitted that the second respondent Police did not call the petitioner for any enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondent police as alleged by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
