ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the request of the petitioner has been rejected and hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to raise all the objections available to the petitioner in the Writ Petition that has to be filed challenging the order passed by the respondent concerned.

2.Permission is granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the objections available to her. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
