ORDER

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the second respondent herein to dispose the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.02.2022.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has recevied the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 17.02.2022 and the same is pending since the petitioner is not co-operte for enquiry.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to co-operate for enquiry and the second respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry, upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 17.02.2022 and to complete the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
