This Criminal Original Petition has been filed as against the second respondent to execute the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam in S.T.C.No.35 of 2019. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the first respondent is absconding from 08.03.2019 and the trial is pending without any progress due to non-appearance of the first respondent. 3.Considering the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to take necessary steps to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
