ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his properties situated in Survey Nos.95/4C1 and 95/4C2, Thiruppainjili South Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.V.G.Vallarasu Chezhiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, the subject properties belong to him and the patta for the said properties stands in his name in Patta No.608. He submitted an application for survey of the property on 28.04.2025 and also paid the necessary charges for survey. However, the said application has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has not produced the acknowledgment for the submission of the online application. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to submit the acknowledgment for the submission of a proper online application before the first respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the first respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner for survey of the subject properties and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of the acknowledgment, after issuing notice to the
