O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 16.10.2015 through which she sought for issuance of legal heirship certificate pursuant to the death of her father.

2. Needless to say that it is for the second respondent to consider the application and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner as of now.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of only with the direction to the second respondent respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 16.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
