This petition has filed filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the Rowdy History Sheet in H.S.No.33 / 2021 pending on the file of the third respondent Police Station, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2022 will be considered in the next meeting.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting.
