This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2016 and provide adequate protection to the temple, namely, Sri Adaikalam Kaatha Ayyanar Temple and petitioner's Village.
2. Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. It is seen that on previous occasion in a petition filed by one Anbalagan, this Court has directed the parties to approach the Civil Court to work out their remedy, pursuant to non-attainment of any finality in the Peace Committee Meeting.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the Inspector of Police, Manamelkudi Police Station has once again sent a request to the Revenue Divisional Officer to conduct Peace Committee Meeting and the Peace Committee Meeting is likely to be conducted shortly.
6. In view of the above, the petitioner herein and (Chandrakumar and others, who are parties to the earlier writ petition), shall participate in the Peace Committee Meeting and subject to the outcome of the result in the Peace Committee Meeting, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2016 and take further decision in accordance with law.
