The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry on the complaint of the 3rd respondent.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the 3rd respondent has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner on 07.04.2025 and the same was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.383 of 2025. They have enquired the said complaint and closed the same on 09.04.2025.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
