The wife, who has filed a petition for divorce in D.O.P.No.211 of 2020, on the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, seeks transfer of the same to the Family Court, Tuticorin since she is a resident of Tuticorin.

2. It is seen from the records that the husband is a resident of Madurai. The learned counsel for the husband would submit that if the case is transferred to Tuticorin, the family members of the wife would harass the husband. 3.Considering the said claim made and also considering the convenience of both the parties, D.O.P.No.211 of 2020 is withdrawn from the of the Family Court, Nagercoil and transferred to the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli, to be tried in accordance with law. The Family Court, Nagercoil is directed to transmit the papers to the Principal Principal District Court, Tirunelveli forthwith.
