[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] The writ petition has been filed in anticipation of relocation of TASMAC Shop No.9901.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no order is on record to show a final decision for shifting the shop.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition has been filed based on a mere apprehension. In any case, we dispose of this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner that if any final order is passed to shift the shop, to which the petitioner may have a grievance, to maintain appeal under Rule 9A of the Tamil Nadu Liquor Retail Vending (in Shops and Bars) Rules, 2003.
