ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the s first respondent to monitor or supervise the investigation being conducted by the second respondent with regard to the case in Crime No.70 of 2019 dated 30.01.2019 under Sections 147, 148, 448, 427, 294(b) and 506 (ii) IPC.

2. According to the petitioner based on the complaint given by the petitioner a FIR has been registered in Crime No.70 of 2019 by the second respondent police. But, so far, no investigation has been conducted. In this circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation on the above said case is entirely completed and the respondent police will file the final report shortly.

Considering the fact that the entire investigation in the complaint filed by the petitioner has already been completed and the respondent police is also going to file the final report, the prayer as such sought for by the petitioner need not be granted.
