ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the petitioners, there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the fourth respondent. Now, based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent herein / the Inspector of Police, Appanthirupathy Police Station, Madurai District, is harassing the petitioners under the guise of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioners, the enquiry has been conducted. The enquiry reveals that it was a civil dispute between the parties and the third respondent closed the case as civil in nature.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the complaint has already been closed, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition.

5.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
