There is no representation for the petitioner on 16.04.2021 and the matter was listed today under the caption "for orders". On the previous hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that investigation was completed and final report was also filed before the concerned Court and he also produced the copy of the final report.

2.Even though there is a delay on the part of the second respondent in concluding the investigation and filing the final report, the final report has been filed now. The second respondent ought to have obtained extension of time before this Court but he failed to do so. Considering the subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
