This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Now based on the complaint, given by the third respondent regarding the said civil dispute, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that no complaint is pending against the petitioner and the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police has not called the petitioner for any enquiry. He would further submit that there is no harassment by the respondent police as alleged by the petitioner.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that no petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and there is no harassment, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
