O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.82 of 2018 and file a final report.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner's son viz., Munusamy met with an accident on 14.12.2018, and suffered injuries and subsequently succumbed to injuries. Hence, the petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.82 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 279 and 337 of I.P.C. But, so far no investigation has been conducted. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the investigation is over and the investigation reveals that only the petitioner's son driven the motorcycle and hit on the arch and suffered injuries, after investigation, the final report has also been filed on 24.01.2019.

4. Considering the fact that already the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance over the same, it is always open to him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
