Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.OP(MD)No.15791 of 2018 dated 02.01.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.
2. This Court on 30.07.2019 has passed the following order: "This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15791 of 2018 on 02.01.2019. This is the second application for extension of time , hence this Court is of the view that the petitioner shall be directed to pay a sum of Rs.4000/-(Rupees Four Thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund for entertaining this petition .

2. Hence the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.4000/-(Rupees Four Thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund on or before 05.08.2019.
3. Post the case before this Court on 06.08.2019.".

As per the order passed by this Court on 30.07.2019, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.4000/-(Rupees Four Thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund and he has also filed a memo to that effect, hence this petition is entertained. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and also the fact that the original order was passed on 02.01.2019 and now more than seven months over, the time granted by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.15791 of 2018 dated 02.01.2019 dated 15.05.2019 for producing sureties and executing bail bond is further extended by 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
