This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to monitor or supervise the investigation, being conducted by the second respondent with regard to the case in Crime No.62 of 2019, dated 28.01.2019, under Section 147, 148, 452, 427, 323, 379 and 506 (ii) of IPC., on the basis the petitioner's representation, dated 02.07.2019.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has conducted enquiry and completed the investigation in Crime No.62 of 2019 and also filed a final report on 11.09.2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari District.
