ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry, has filed this petition.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner's brother Gowthamraj and his relative, one Ganeshamoorthy, are history sheeted rowdy. The said Gowthamraj is also involved in another crime and thereafter, he absconded. Therefore, the respondent Police went to the petitioner's house in order to search the said Gowthamraj. According to him, they have not registered any case and not harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
