ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J) The petitioner is the husband of the major detenu, viz., Lakshmi and the father of the minor detenus viz., Anushasri, aged about 6 years and Supasri, aged about 3 years and alleging that all of them are missing from 29.06.2019, has lodged a complaint before the second respondent, based on which, a case in Cr.No.125 of 2019 was registered for "Woman missing and Children missing". 1/3
The petitioner, apprehending safety, whereabouts and well being of his wife and children, came forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. The matter is listed today at the instance of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on the ground that all the detenus have been traced.
3. The major detenu along with minor children are present before this Court and she would state that on account of matrimonial discard, she left the matrimonial home and she is willing to go back to the matrimonial home once again and is willing to join with the company of her husband.
4. The petitioner/husband of the detenu has also been enquired into by this Court and he would state that he is willing to take back his wife and whatever differences between them would be resolved amicably.
5. This Court head the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent.
6. In the light of the fact that the first detenu, being a major and the wife of the petitioner and she is also willing to go back to matrimonial home along with two children and that the petitioner is also willing to take back his wife and two children, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
