Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 4 and 5. 2.The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent. Upon receipt thereof, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, including the sixth respondent herein on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
