the 2nd respondent detaining the detenu under Section 2(f) of the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 as a GOONDA and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely, Sadaiyangal Selvakumar @ Selvakumar, son of Murugaiyan, aged 37 years, now detained at the Central Prison, Trichy, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detention order, passed in P.D.No.77/2022 dated 26.06.2022 by the second respondent, has been revoked by the Advisory Board vide G.O.Rt.No.5304 dated 18.08.2022.
2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
