ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition made in Crl.M.P.No.617 of 2023, dated 09.06.2023 by the learned Sessions Judge, (FAC) Mahila Court, Pudukkottai to execute bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two blood related sureties. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.617 of 2023, by the learned Sessions Judge, (FAC) Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, dated 09.06.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum." In respect of other condition, the order of the learned Sessions Judge, (FAC) Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, shall remain unaltered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
