ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the disciplinary action initiated by the Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records, Virudhunagar, in his R.C.A1/3933/2010

(2) dated 23.04.2012, against the petitioner. 2/5

3.Since the disciplinary action is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the second respondent to dispose of it expeditiously, within a stipulated time.

4.In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the the disciplinary action initiated by the Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records, Virudhunagar, in his R.C.A1/3933/2010

(2) dated 23.04.2012, against the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
