ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is facing charges under Section 294(b), 323, 354A and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.20 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
2.Perusal of record shows that the earlier anticipatory bail application that was filed by this petitioner came to be dismissed by this Court on the ground that if the petitioner is released on bail, the life of the defacto complainant will be danger. 3.Now, this petition has been filed on the ground that there was no injury to the defacto complainant. Only on the apprehension of such life threat, the aforesaid complaint has been registered. Even after the dismissal of the aforesaid petition, no step has been taken by the respondent police to arrest the petitioner. 4.According to the petitioner, absolutely there is no merit in the complaint that was filed by the defacto complainant. But from the reading of the FIR, it is seen that some sort of indecent behaviour has been shown by the petitioner. By noting the aforesaid https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.13619 of 2022 manner of the occurrence only, the earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court. I find there is no change of circumstances.
5.This petition is dismissed, accordingly.
