ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for a period of six months to complete the investigation and to file final report as per the order of this Court in CrlOP(MD)No.8800 of 2024, dated 22.11.2024. 2.The Investigating Officer is present before this court. They have filed a report as to the progress in the investigation. The police have also filed an application to cancel the bail granted to accused No.1. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the progress in the investigation, this court grants three months of time from today to complete the investigation and to file the final report. 4.This petition is allowed in the above terms. 23.07.2025 DSK 3/5
