Ms. No 61, transport (c) department dated 30.04.2015 and as per settlement dated 13.04.2015 and further directing the respondents to pay him the difference amount in his salary from 05.12.2012 to 30.04.2015 and all other attendant benefits together with interest at the rate 18% per annum.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 11.09.2018, made in W.P.(MD) No.19622 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court have been complied with and to that effect he has also produced a copy of the Proceedings of the Deputy Manager in jmBghf/fhiu/rl;lk ; /2182, dated 16.09.2019.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
