ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed a quash petition before this Court. Pending the quash petition, the respondent filed a final report before the concerned Court and after disposal of the quash petition alone, the petitioners came to know that final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.360/2020.

CRL OP(MD). No.13438 of 2022 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that only summons has been issued to the petitioners .

3.Since summons have been issued against the petitioners, the petitioners shall approach the concerned Court seeking appropriate remedy.

With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
