Prayer in CMA(MD). 889/ 2023 :

To set aside the order dated 18-01-2023 passed in E.C.No.20 of 2018 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation at Dindigul in so far as liablility to pay the compensation is concerned by allowing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and thus render justice.

ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.SANKAR, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent, While admitting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the court made the following order:- Mr.S.Sankar, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the first respondent. Issue Notice to the second respondent returnable in six weeks. Private Notice is also permitted.
