(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment in the common pathway in Survey No.373/42 in Alagapuri Village, M.Pudukulam Group, Virudhunagar District. He has already given a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation on 20.07.2016 in this regard. The writ petitioner has also enclosed it in the typed set of papers. 2.This Court directs the third and fourth respondents herein to remove the said encroachment after issuing notice to the encroachers. Statutory procedure shall be followed. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
