This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned I Additional District Judge cum Protection of Civil Rights Special Judge, Thanjavur to stop the trial in S.S.C.No.6 of 2017. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the real grievance of the petitioner is that he does not have legal assistance in order to conduct the case.

3. The Court below is directed to enquire the petitioner with regard to the same. If the petitioner does not have a legal assistance, the court below is directed to nominate an advocate from the Legal Service Authority, in order to defend the case of the petitioner.
