By consent of both, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.03.2017.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has taken steps to demarcate his land by a Surveyor in order to avoid the trouble caused by the neighbour's land, the petitioner has given a representation, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 14.03.2017, to the respondents, seeking Police protection, when the Revenue Authorities to be made survey his land.

5. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent herein to consider the representation given by the petitioner, dated 14.03.2017 and to pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
