Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Tender Notification dated 12.01.2016 issued on 13.01.2016 in one issue of Tamil daily News Paper Dinamalar for the grant of tender in respect of 3 items of work mentioned therein in respect of the temple Arulmighu Senthatti Ayyanar Muthaiah Swamy Thirukoil, Keela Marainadu Village, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District and quash the same and consequently issue suitable direction permitting the Petitioner Arakattalai to conduct the public auction by issuing tender notification for the work of 3 items as mentioned in the impugned notification in respect of the temple viz., Arulmighu Senthatti Ayyanar Muthaiah Swamy Thirukoil, Keela Marainadu Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the Tender Notification dated 12.01.2016, issued on 13.01.2016, by the second respondent and permit the petitioner arakattalai to conduct the public auction by issuing tender notification for the work of three items as mentioned in the impugned notification in respect of the temple viz., Arulmighu Senthatti Ayyanar Muthaiah Swamy Thirukoil, Keela Marainadu Village, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side, reported that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
