[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to give necessary permission for conducting Innisai Kacheri on 15.01.2017 in the place mentioned in the petition.

2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader has taken notice for the respondent.

3.It is seen from the records that on 10.01.2017, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent and the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, the following order can be passed.
